"Ryan helped my son make his dreams come true. Our son had broke his back in eighth grade. This did not stop him from becoming an airman. MEPS would be frustrating knowing he may be denied the first go around,We knew going through the process of becoming military, it would take a waiver. Ryan helped us get two. We had a lot to prove to the Surgeon General, Ryan kept our confidence. Keep working at it, get more, and let’s show them you can do this. So he did. My son got letters from State representatives, coaches, teachers, mentors, Dr.s. Ryan helped him through it all. Once prepared again. He submitted the information and we waited. The order was given, he’s in! Now we have another process to work through and more information and preparation and paperwork! Ryan was there. Explaining how, what, when, and where. Step by step and with no hesitation. Also keeping Payton with his eye to the sky, as if he was already an airman. The upmost respect and support. Even coming to community events and scholarship presentations.He was already supporting his brother in arms. It was truly amazing. Now that he’s in it’s time for Training and the MTI’s time. He was ready, Ryan prepared him. Truly Payton was ready! We have now come and gone through Basic with Ryan yet still at our side! He even prepared us as a family. This to anyone reading my review, Ryan has showed the dignity of an airman. He has taken his job to another level. A true taught airman who represents his country with pride. Anyone questioning if they should join do it! You will not be disappointed! Your family stands by you all the way! And Ryan can help you see the world if it’s in your heart; know it’s in my sons. He will help you navigate through whether Airman or as their family. Graduation and watching our son become an Airman was the most amazing thing as a parent. Our son is leading his sisters on the path of joining as well! That’s success and it all began with a dream, and an astonishing Airman of a Recruiter. Thank you Ryan."
