"Exceptional stay . New very nice comfortable beds & pillows. The room has a nice kitchen with fridge,stove top,dishwasher & microwave. Comfortable rooms with desk & good storage places . The breakfast is also impressive for a hotel stay. Lots of fresh foods to choose from . My only disappointment was the shower where the water leaked out which was minor . Great stay I would absolutely return ."

"This is a new hotel. So far they have kept up on the maintenance. There was some shoddy work on the seal of the shower, but overall everything was clean. Room was cool temperature wise. It took some fiddling with the thermostat to get a comfortable temperature. The comforter was to hot. I only remember a sheet and comforter. Usually there is a third lighter blanket. Sheets were stain and bug free. When you enter, there is a motion sensor that turns on a light and the TV with a welcome message personalized with your name. We did not use the shower, but it was huge. Glass doors. Upon checking in, I asked what was served for continental breakfast. She really couldn't remember what. Nonetheless breakfast was hot- scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and my husband had a hot ham and cheese sandwich on a crescent roll bun. A bit soggy, but he liked it. There were other options. Typical hotel fare. Cereals, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, bagels, danishes, toast etc. The dining area was clean. Everything was cleaned from any previous breakfast crowd. It is likely we will stay at this hotel again when we return to Iron Mountain."

"We held our family Christmas reunion here in the conference room. It was great! The staff, specifically Winter, Emmy and Christopher were enormously helpful. The conference room was elegant and the perfect size, the audio visual equipment worked perfectly, the tables were set up well and the built in cabinetry was great to hold food from the catering company across the street. We plan to do this again next year."
