"Way to much religious stuff everywhere. When I went to checkout they wanted to charge me for cleaning the room because I went outside to smoke. He even knew how many times I left my room as if he was watching. Very rude creepy and disrespectful. I will never return to this location. Hopefully your other super 8 hotels are run by better management. He even tried to say I propped open the side door. The door didn't shut or lock so no reason to prop it open. By far my worst stay in a hotel."

"Highly recommend this quiet, orderly hotel that has owners who clearly take pride in their business operations. The rooms are carefully tidy. Even the shower curtain was arranged and folded precisely. The steps in the common stairwells are carpeted and so clean that they look like stairwells in an immaculate private home. The owners are kind and helpful, and accommodated two requests my family made. All of these details added together yield a quality lodging experience in Iron Mountain."

"Very friendly staff at check in. The rooms and hallway smelled horribly. Breakfast never opened in the morning & no one was working front desk, so I left without final bill. I later saw that they charged me a higher rate than the one I got when I reserved on the app. Very disappointing."

"The 1st room had no heat they moved us to a secomd room that stunk so bad we had been moved to yet another room.. the final room was musty dirty and had moldy food in the freezer.. the sink was broken and the toilet didnt flush correctly. the pool was small and you couldn't go swimming unless the weird front desk man was in there with you..they way over charged for this disgusting hotel.."

"People at the front desk are very friendly, rooms are fine but pretty dated, bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat. Tv was pretty small. Good truck parking in back. My big thing is I look for a good breakfast in the morning and was told the breakfast room would be open at 7:30 but was locked and dark when I got down there at 7:45. so never got breakfast, pretty disappointing"
