"Very ghetto on the speaker, carrying on other conversations while telling customers not knowing the speaker was on. Received both of my sandwiches, like this unwrapped like they just threw them in the bag carelessly. Will not be back to this location and do not recommend. Which is sad because I stay in the hotel right behind it."

"I made a mobile order, showed up, gave my code. Moved to the next window, got my happy meals, bag with other food, drinks and left. When I got home, there were no nuggets in my happy meal, just fries and apple slices. I called and explained and was asked to come back, I was already on my way (hungry kids who want McDonald’s!) and when I arrived, I went into the lobby. I was standing there for 5-7 minutes before someone looked at me and said “are you door dash or something?” I confusingly said “no, there were no nuggets in my happy meal and I was told to come back.” The lady was very snarky and said “ya ya I’m the one who talked to you” and I rudely said “okay well I’ve been standing here waiting and no one has even said hello” While I was waiting, I watched them bring out not 3 but FOUR different burgers for this poor young lady. They got the burger wrong THREE times! She was also in there waiting for her coffees to be remade because they were both made incorrectly! The staff seemed to not take this seriously, as one of the staff members looked at the young lady, laughed and said to her “did you not hear me say no pickle?” And turned back to her coworker (throwing her coworker under the bus) Behavior like this when in customer service is just unacceptable, especially when every order comes out wrong."

"This is a Crispy deluxe Bread and a piece of chicken. How can you mess up something SO EASY?PLUS A LONG WAIT!!!! YOU TAKE YOUR SWEET TIME.AND STILL MAKE THE WRONG ORDER? SHOULDN'T BE ALLOW TO SMOKE WHILE.WORKING OR TRAIN BETTER YOUR STAFF THAT IS ON KITCHEN. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANNA GET YOUR FOOD MAKE.THE RIGHT WAY."
