"The format of this Olgas -- where you order right away, get your own drinks, and sit down without a waiter -- was FANTASTIC!! It gave me everything I want with dining WITHOUT waiting on a waiter for each little thing. Food was prepared quickly and was still delicious. This was just a superior way to do dining! Hopefully you change all your stores over to this format."

"Not happy with the new way of service from Olga's. I will not be visiting this location ever again. The experience is exactly like going to a Panera bread. You are met with a menu board and a cashier as soon as you enter. You order and pay there and leave a tip there and are given a number card to display at your table for the cashier to bring your food to your table. You get your own beverages in a wax paper cup at a beverage station just like a McDonald's or Panera bread. You clear your own table by bringing glass plates and bowls to a garbage and dish bin. I expected a full waiter staff like every other Olga's I've been to. Very put off by this style of service. What am I leaving a tip for???? Just call my order number up just like a McDonald's or Panera bread would do. It's like a Golden Corral restaurant and all the wait staff does there is clear you plates. You clear your table here on your own. I left an $8.00 tip for what. I'm sure these employees are getting full wages not wait staff $5.00 an hour wages. Staff was nice but I feel no option for a tip should be asked for during ordering. Or ever at these restaurants set up like this. It's as bad as McDonald's drive thru having tip jars now. Your getting full wages for what you do."

"I am giving 5 stars because the cashier, I believe her name was Grace (she had a really cute and stylish haircut, short hair) was really friendly and knowledgable despite being a new worker. I heard her talking to some other customers while waiting for my order and some of them were giving her a bit of a hard time and she handled herself really well and was very professional. The food was pretty good, it's not ~*amazing~* but like honestly who cares. It's fast food. It's food fast. I wanted a sandwich and in like 5 minutes I got a sandwich like what more does a girl need? The fries were kind of cold but who cares I'm just happy I got fries, know what I mean? The store itself kind of stresses me out and I don't know why like... maybe it's the color scheme. But that's just a personal problem for me and I'll try to get over it. I probably won't ever dine in until I can overcome this hurdle. Again, my problem, not yours. The bathrooms are also REALLY nice and you can the staff has been trained really well to clean it and keep up with it, too. I just went in to wash my hands but based on what I saw, I'd totally go number 2 in there if it was an emergency. Just my opinion. Not sure why I was more comfortable in the bathrooms than the actual dining room, but again, I see a therapist once a week, so I'm working through all of these issues, don't worry."

"They do not have table service. You order and they bring the food. Service was fast and food was good. I prefer table service, but if you can't get people to work, at least service was really fast. This is a Pepsi place, sadly. Do have a nice soda fountain though you can choose to add extra flavors into your soda. curly fries are really good. My preference is the original logo and their regular salad. I really like this place."
