"Place sucked, whoever is cooking needs to lose their job immediately. Every item is extremely overcooked or it’s really rubber. Missing item on a 4 item order. Absolutely ridiculous, can’t even eat it"
"Ordering on the app, there is a $5 Cravings box that is my go to. Now when I look, it is $10. Literally double the price. Worst part is, whoever the greedy franchise owner is also owns the 6 closest ones to me as well so now, I'm done. I'll get Taco Bell when I'm on the road or far enough away from this greedy owner that I can actually get the "value" meal."
"Man this place is a hot mess. Been numerous times where I have come in and they are out of x item or x item, or aren't serving x, Y and z items.. The last time I ordered I had loaned my car to someone and placed a mobile order, at 2:30pm on a Sunday and then walked up there. After arriving the lobby was closed and the employee stated that I would need to come back in a few hours. No reason was given was on why the lobby was closed at 3pm on a Sunday other than come back in a few hours. I didn't even get a apology. Needlessly to say I didn't walk back up there to migrate the risk of them still being closed."
"Customers, waiting for food, while workers are on their phone and outside, talking to their friends. While outside, they still had their gloves on that they prepare food with you can see from the pictures attached the place was very dirty. You can tell from the pictures, customers and employees have food all over the tables and nothing was picked up. I know this is a fast food restaurant and I shouldn’t expect much from it, but this is the dirtiest place I have ever seen when it comes to fast food. The workers don’t care and clearly neither does the manager. The ice machine wasn’t working and all the drinks in the fountain area were watered down. There was one specific girl that was in her phone sitting in the floor. The food was soggy and stuck to the paper. Unfortunately, I had to stay there and eat. we were driving for a while and my kids were crying because they wanted Taco Bell. Just a side note, the bathrooms were actually very clean."
"No lettuce on my tacos. 3 out of 4 had cheese on them. Seems like a hard thing to mess up on when you order 4 normal tacos. I would have given the a half of a star if I could. Last month was that same."
