"My family and I visited the bob Evan’s location in Monroe tonight and it was wonderful! We are a large family so we usually have to be patient and understanding with our seating and services. But at bob evans was not a problem at all! We were greeted very pleasantly by the host/es, had the best waitress ever (Bree) and great food which we devoured and left happy and full! I highly recommend bob Evan’s in Monroe and make sure to ask for Bree she will not disappoint!"
"The food here is always very good. Servers are always nice. However, we have went here three times in last year since moving here. Hoping every time the time we would get served would be better. I never write bad reviews without second chances, often third. We always get wildfire chicken salads and soup. Each time we have came here it has taken 45 minutes to get our food???? It's never on a Sunday (when you would expect it to be busy). It's never lunch rush. It should NEVER TAKE that long for soup and salad to be delivered to table. Again, our waiters/waitresses are always nice. Always apologize. Sadly, there will not be a 4th time for us. We will wait for another Bob Evans."
"In the past years, I feel like this particular location was mediocre at best. I was pleasantly surprised as it seems like there was a huge improvement. I'm unsure if it had anything to do with management. With this visit we had an exceptional waitress named Alex. Strange enough ot was her birthday on this visit. She had told us an exceptional personal story about herself that really showed great character from such a young lady. Not ever have I written to say someone needs to be acknowledged but she absolutely deserves some grand jester."
"The wildfire chicken salad is the best. The staff was so friendly and it didn’t take long despite one waitress working it all. She kept our drinks coming."
"Great hospitality and seating was not a problem. Food is homemade and waiting was about 15 minutes to eat. Drinks where served right away. Thanks for a nice peaceful comfortable atmosphere."
