"I order foot-long flatbread BLT sandwich usually I’m getting four eggs. This time I get two eggs and they charge me extra two dollar For salami, what I did in order and didn’t get I never gonna buy there again"

"Did an online order just for it to be canceled. They didn't close until 9:00 it was 8:10 . Called them and asked why they said it was because they were getting ready to leave and closing the gate. So I guess they didn't want to work their full shift. Now I have to wait for my money to be refunded back on my card. Lazy!!!!!"

"Stopped in and found a long line but the earlier shift stayed and made sure all of the line was taken care of. One sub was a special order and mad correctly and mine was off the regular menu also done correctly. I appreciated the service and the speed with which it was prepared."

"Probably wont even give 1 star to this place. I placed order on app on 25h July for pickup time at 7:50. Went i reached at 7:55..i was told that my order was too close to the closing time(which was 8) and they tried calling me to confirm my availability at 7:45 which i missed as i was driving. Even though i was there before closing time the lady told me they are closed. to which i was like okay what happens to my money i paid. She said they will be refunded. I messaged subway app support checking for my refund and lost reward points next day. Even after waiting for 2 weeks I didn't get any response or my money. So i opened dispute with paypal which was rejected after few days with explanation "the seller had delivered the goods". So I called the store they said they have voided the transaction and there isn't anything else they can do. So i kept on messaging the app support asking for my refund. To which i finally got response that they will refund me the money and i can go to store and pick it up..so I said can you just put it in my account and why do i have to make a visit. their reply was "I'm not sure exactly what you’re trying to prove. I asked you to come up to the store whenever you get a chance and will refund your money again as your order was already voided. It is not necessary to keep going on about something it could be handled in a professional way". I was like if I never got my money how you voiding the transaction helps me here. but still i went to the store. When I went to the store manager told me they got all my messages and you can have your money back and DON"T COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN. I am here thinking how is this my fault that I never got refund and I kept on asking for it. I hope Subway takes their customer seriously and give good app support. We shouldn't have to beg for our own money."
