"Order was wrong. Food was terrible, even for fast food. Tasted like my burger had been in a warmer for an hour. Bun was incredibly dry. Terrible value."
"While we were thankful that the dining room was open, it should have been closed. The man in front of us waited too long to get his order of two frosties. We were never acknowledged by the staff. Our order was taken almost begrudgingly. They kept speaking loudly amongst themselves about bags of fries being dropped. Our meal tasted fine. Unfortunately, the frosties that we were served were light and airy as though something was wrong with the machine. They were nowhere close to the dense frozen treat that is normally served. Saddened to need to write a negative review."
"Wouldn't feed the burger to my dog got my order totally wrong! I have an allergy to onions!!!! Thanks! Fries were great though. So were the all the workers I talked to. Other than that so disappointing. Use to love Wendy's! Waste of $12 dollars. I miss the old Wendy's food so bad :'( About a 10% chance I EVER go back!"
"This place is always disgusting. Not only do they always take forever, but the food is never fresh. I just got a combo, the fries were ICE cold and the burger was clearly sitting for a while because the cheese was rock hard, the mayo and ketchup have mixed and began to separate and you could tell tomato was sitting on it, waiting and when I ordered NO tomato, they just picked it off. They're always lazy, but this is bad for even them. How this dump stays in business is a mystery to me."
"went to wendy as is my go to for fast food wow was that a mistake I paid 1299 for a baconnator combo and got a son of a baconnator after working 12 hours so when I get home and seen this I called and was told that I had to bring it dark today hell no I don't want to leave my house do better Wendy's wow place really has went to hell"
