"Admittedly I eat here pretty often, about once a week. With that said I know what to expect with the food and the service normally. 2/18/24 I went in about 1:30 there was a younger guy at the counter that hasn't served me before. No greeting, not wearing any uniform of any kind with his hoodie pulled up, not asking what can I get for you, blatantly staring at his phone texting while I'm standing directly in front of him ready to order for a solid 2-3 minutes. The restaurant was completely empty at this point. When he finally decided taking my order was worth his time he just blankly stared at me not saying anything at all. I order my usual, a large spicy teriyaki chicken bowl, mad spicy, extra chicken. I pay with a $20 bill. The guy stares at it for a while like he's never seen cash before in his life. I put $3 cash in the tip jar just like I always do and tell him to put the remaining change in the tip jar as well, that was a mistake. He asked my name, got it wrong and went back to staring at his phone right at the front counter like he was glad to be done with the inconvenience of taking my order. Typically the order takes about 10 minutes to make, and I assumed it would today since the whole place was empty. I went and sat down to wait. In the mean time some DoorDash drivers and people just picking up their orders came in. The first guy was given the completely wrong order which I'm 90% sure was mine. The guy left for about 5 minutes and came back saying the order wasn't his. Without saying a word the guy at the counter went and grabbed the correct order which had like 5 more items on it and took the original order back into the back. Another guy comes in says a completely different name and was given the same order that he gave the first guy which again, I'm pretty sure was mine and he already left the store with so it should absolutely not be given out again. The guy right away says it's not his order. The guy at the counter holds up his hand to indicate 5 more minutes barely mumbling something in the process. Me and the other guy wait about 10 more minutes. I assumed they were remaking my order since they already gave it out. The other guy waiting finally asks about his order and the guy at the counter looks at him like he has no idea what he's talking about, the customer gets pissed off and just walks out without his food, understandably. That's when I get up and finally ask about my order. it's been around 20 minutes waiting for me at this point. The guy askes what the name was and what was on it despite me ordering in store and sitting right next to the counter the whole time. He walks in the back and grabs a bag. The same one that had already left the store and he gave to two separate people and hands it to me. I open it and through the lid it looks correct, and I'm pretty annoyed at this point so I just leave with it, which is a mistake on my part, I absolutely should of had them remake it. i get home with the order and it's one of the worst bowls I have ever had from here. They absolute did not give me extra meat, or mad spicy like I paid for. The food was cold because it had been sitting around for an extra 15 minutes and some other guy already took it outside in 30 degree weather. I don't think they even gave me the normal portion of chicken. So incredibly disappointed with this visit. The service was god awful, and the food matched the service this time around. One of my favorite places to eat but this makes me not want to go back despite eating here for years."

"SPICY CHICKEEEEEN! I'd never heard of this place but after eating here a bunch I dunno how there arent more of them. The spicy chicken is so good and their rice makes me feel like I'm going to explode but in a good way. Do yourself a favor: do not think you can eat the large size just because you're hungry and havent eaten all day. Get a regular and add rxtra chicken. It costs a bit more but in an hour when you're not feeling full off the extra rice you'll thank yourself."

"I bought food online one night and forgot to pick it up do some issues. The next day i called to see if food could come and see it can could get the food. They were very kind and understanding. They did it with little fuss. On top of that. The food here is always awesome."

"Not impressed. The service was good, staff was polite and prompt. The food was not good. The "steak" is laughable and our chicken was burnt (not just flame grilled- burnt). The noodles and rice were way overdone, and the veggies tasted like chemicals (very chlorine like flavour). For the price, this is less than mediocre food- I couldn't even eat mine and that never happens (hate wasting money!)."
