"I had hip surgery yesterday. On Valentine’s Day. And i had the best experience ever. My BP was high when i got there but after it was all said and done, the Bp was low and i had a new hip. From check in, to the nurses, cnas, food service and docs. It was the best experience i could ever have asked for. I would totally recommend going there if a procedure needs done. Thank you everybody"

"Every emergency room experience I've had has been good. Speedy service. Even with a room full of people, longest I've waited to be seen has been 45 mins Maybe an hour. Whereas when my 4 yr daughter had severe nausea and couldn't keep anything down for 3 days, it took Traverse City ER over 8 HOURS before my daughter was seen. However, PLEASE can we get Cadillac hospital better wheel chairs? I recently broke my foot. The ER didn't have any working wheelchairs and the main entrance of the hospital didn't have one with two leg rests for when I needed an MRI. You're the leading hospital in Northern Michigan and can't afford working wheelchairs? Do better."

"I was on a semi truck didn’t know I was going into labor. I went to a hospital close to where we was but they had no OB service so I ended up having to go to this hospital, which was a hour from where the original hospital was. When I say I was in love I am so glad I had my baby here. I wouldn’t want her to be born anywhere else. They was so nice, so loving, so caring and tender to. Overall one of the best experience I had they were so patient with me so encouraging. The nurses and doctors was excellent. Thank you for delivering my baby"

"I had my 2nd child here, it was an amazing experience. All the nurses and doctors were super kind, so helpful and listened to my concerns. They helped me deliver a perfect baby girl. I had a 1 night stay in a clean and comfortable room. Private bathroom with everything needed from brushes to shampoo and conditioner. They took absolutely amazing care of my baby I could not have asked for a better team! Super yummy food super beautiful veiw from my room. I highly recommend this hospital for having your baby"

"Room was dirty. Staff didn't have urgency about them. Doc & PA were the only people that seemed to care. Others were very rude. My type 1 diabetic daughter was not feed from 8:15 am until 7+pm, when doc found her food for her low blood sugar. She was there for oxygen being 66%, instead of 100%. She even passed out in the waiting room due to lack of attention. She waited in ER until the next night, waiting for a room upstairs to open so they could admit her. None came available. She was sent home with a nebulizer machine and strict instructions to return if it gets worse. That was her 3rd visit that weekend for help. Shameful at best. Still researching how to report the problem."
