"Absolutely hate this location!!! I’ve been in 4x just this past week and everytime it’s been a let down. Took them 35 minutes to realize they cleared my order so they had a bunch of little children make it. They where too busy messing around that they where throwing peoples food on the floor. Took them 10 minutes to make a simple burrito that takes them normally 2 minutes. I’m allergic to tomato and the next time I go they put tomato on my burritos when I informed them it was a food allergy and can’t eat it. They where extremely rude when I informed them. I called to complain and again they where extremely rude. I went and ordered a chicken quesadilla no jalapeño, a chipotle chicken ranch burrito no tomato or lettuce and it had nothing besides chicken and cheese!! My quesadilla had jalapeño on it. I called to complain about the customer service they had and I answered to the rudest employee ever, mad because I wasn’t her boyfriend and I wanted to talk to the manager. I informed to the manager and Shawna(the manager) was super disrespectful and rude. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Go to taco John’s instead!!!"

"I placed an order through the app in the parking lot and then came inside to eat in. Our order was done fairly quick and the food was good and hot. We did sit at the back booth, and we could hear the employees in the kitchen talking. Luckily, it wasn't anything inappropriate."
