"I visited Bellflower on Valentine’s Day without a reservation, looking for a table for 4. Being so close to my home in Superior Township was a bonus, sparing me the long drive to Detroit, Plymouth, or Ann Arbor for a 5-star dining experience, especially on a weekday with a young child waiting at home. I found out about this place through the YDL Facebook page, where a local chef's accolades and Louisiana cuisine caught my attention. We were seated promptly around 7:30/8pm, and upon entering, the cozy ambiance and meticulous attention to detail immediately impressed me. The extensive drink menu was a hit at our table, allowing everyone to savor something new; from the delightful absinthe to the bourbon flight and Valentine’s Day drink. Our order included the Catfish dinner, boudin plate, mussels, oysters, and shrimp cocktail. While the catfish was slightly under-seasoned for our liking, the boudin plate stole the show with its incredible flavors. The mussels were a hit with my friend, and despite slow service, our waitress (sporting short black hair and a mask near the bar) was a delight. The upscale ambiance and unique food offerings at Bellflower left a lasting impression on me, and I look forward to returning for lunch. And let's not forget the amazing oysters that kept us coming back for more!"

"10/6 Friday Amazing delicious chef created dishes, service from Paul was absolutely unbeatably good. The fried catfish and panfried trout was just freaking delicious, presentation was perfect . Great find for us . First post Covid restaurant dining experience where I felt it was worth every penny we spent here. Thank you to chef and Paul 10/13 Friday 2nd time dinner at Bellflower… was as impressive as last weeks experience. Delicious appetizer of bread meat cheese and vegetables presented beautifully. The panfried perch was impeccable. The pork was great. Rice was delicious. Sides were tweaked to our request . The cocktails were so well made that even by husband who never has anything good to say about expensive restaurant cocktails had 2 of them. Server Ken was knowledgeable attentive and full of positive energy . This is the best restaurant find in the entire metro Detroit area, fine dining … delicious real food ….served with style and flare!"

"If you are looking for a great "fine dining" experience, this is it! Farm to table and the menu changes. Every piece of food on my plate was exquisite! The menu pairs delicious wines with each menu item! The staff were all amazing! I will definitely be back."

"This is one of the best restaurants in the Detroit area. It's expensive, but well worth it. I have been several times, this weekend was their 3rd anniversary so they had an all you can eat BBQ event.. it was unreal, as usual. I'm not going to review every item, it was all insanely delicious. The desert was a berry infused whipped cream with what appeared to be corn bread which isn't usually what I'd go for but it was mind blowing. Service here is always the best, everyone is very friendly, and the food is art. Just go."
