"This used to be a reliable establishment, now it’s absolutely abysmal. The service is bad, long wait times, missing food, stopped making chicken an hour before closing. I thought it was a fluke the first couple of times, but now I just got 2 famous bowls and they came with 3 pieces of chicken each. Never coming back here again."

"Absolute waste of my time. I ordered a 3-piece chicken box online for pickup. When we got home I found they FORGOT MY CHICKEN. My box contained my 2 sides, plus a third side that I didn't order...and nothing else. No biscuit, no thighs, no drumstick. How do you forget the chicken at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN?? My husband ordered the tenders box and they forgot his fries and his sauces. At that point he was just happy to have food at all. The mac and cheese was disgusting, yet I still ate it because I was so hungry because like I said...they forgot my chicken. The mac and cheese was filled to about 50% but considering how disgusting it tasted, that was probably a blessing. Also...when we picked up our order at the window, the cashier forgot to give us our drinks. We had to ask for them. Otherwise we really would have been sent home with LESS THAN HALF of the items that we'd ordered. I called this branch immediately to resolve but their line was busy - wouldn't be surprised if they were talking to another customer whose order they botched, based on the other reviews here. Finally, I called KFC corporate and they gave me a full refund and lodged a formal complaint against this store. This KFC got me so mad I turned into a Karen. But can you blame me? I drove forty minutes to pick up an empty box, then sat on the phone explaining why I should get a refund for the food I paid for and didn't receive. At the end of it, no dinner on the table. I'll never come here again."

"I spent $44 on 6 items 2 of which were meals. I requested 8 Honey Mustard sauces and was told I could make sauce requests at the window. When I got to the window I requested the 8 sauces for my very large order and was told I could only get 2 per "meal" which translated to 4 sauces. I told her I would pay and was told they weren't for sale. So much for Customer satisfaction."

"Lunch hour today: 1) In Saline, it's a KFC/Taco Bell - today only KFC (not the first time this is the case, but I understand short staffed, etc.). I was informed of this after waiting in line about 15 minutes to order. Fine, I wanted KFC anyway. 2) There's a sign flapping on the speaker that says "cash only". Fortunately, I had a little cash. 3) I ordered a pot pie - they didn't have any, so I order something else which was more $ (also not the first time they didn't have something on their menu). 4) My bill was $10.15, which seemed like a lot for 3 tenders and mashed potatoes, but whatever that's what I ordered I'll pay it. I go to hand the person at the window $20.15 and she says "we're only taking exact change" I say, you don't have a $10 bill you can give me back with the 5 cars in front of me giving you exact change? No, will only accept exact change, $10.15. UGH!!! So, to sum it up, I waited in line for a half hour, went through the whole ordering process to get NOTHING. Why were they even open for business?? I frequent this KFC often, and today's events are not the norm, but I was extremely disappointed in the service received today. Was a complete waste of my time, and there were no apologies for any of it."
