"At 8:30pm on Halloween, I pull up to the drive through and a girl comes on the speaker and says “we’re not working no more.” I ask what time they close and she says “we already closed.” Great for business!"
"Yesterday KFC-Drive thru customer service was horrible. The girl was extremely rude. The Mac and cheese was brown. The famous bowl I thought was mutipule chicken chunks, not 1 chicken tender ripped up into 4 small pieces with barley any gravy. I saw multiple cars leave the drive thru. Overall, I'm not happy. Wish there was another KFC near Dexter that was actually open."
"normally i don't have issues with this place. i came by today and they put the wrong sauce on my quesadillas or something, whatever it was it didn't taste good at all. when i went back to correct it, the guy at the speaker insisted it was right and that it can only have the jalapeno sauce, and when i gave up and left he chuckled at me through the speaker. absolutely abhorrent."
"We just got food here. My wife just violently vomited worse than I've ever heard her vomit before. I feel like it's actually public endangerment to keep this location open. Nothing but food poisoning. They didn't even have my order ready when I pulled up. You can actually watch the chaos that is the underpaid low skill staff from the window. Close this location. Stop poisoning our community."
"Once again did not get what we paid for! My husband's meal was missing a taco and my meal was supreme tacos with no sour cream! Never again. Been giving them a chance but they always screw up our order."
