Biwako Sushi

"This was my first time here and I'm pretty sure this is going to easily become my favorite sushi spot! The staff is super friendly and the wait wasn't too crazy at all. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I have social anxiety and sensory issues so I usually just get food to go but I don't think I'll ever do that here. The place is like a nice, calm setting where as other sushi places I've gone can easily get loud. I told the person about my severe allergy and they were accommodating and super sweet about it! Honestly, I don't have a single complaint about this place. The plating of the sushi is aesthetically pleasing and just wait until you taste it! It's like a flavor explosion in your mouth! 10/10 would recommend hands down."

"Authentic clean adventures sushi! Biwako sushi nestled in a strip mall in Saline Michigan this restaurant includes a sushi bar which is full of fun and delicious eats. I love to play on rolls names they have names that connect you with MI roots like Spartan & Ann Arbor and the wolverine . They have many “safe” traditional sushi rolls, yet their specialties are adventurous to the taste buds. I also ate the seaweed salad and miso soup, but those were done before I could take pictures. This has become a routine Friday night sushi spot. Small intimate setting with loads of traditional Japanese touches. GO!"

"Biwako sushi is delicious and has been one of my favorite spots in the area for over 8 years! Particularly, the Ruby is a very unique roll topped with strawberries that is absolutely delicious. We also love the Las Vegas roll. There are quite a few lunch specials for simple rolls that are a good deal. Complimentary miso soup and ginger salad is tasty. No reservation needed and I’ve never waited to be seated. Service is always friendly and quick. Highly recommend!"

"Small place, good food. We came in on a Tuesday around 6pm and there were no free tables that were clean, but someone got to work quickly and fixed that. The bento boxes seem expensive, but it is a lot of food. I had the sushi bento and 3 rolls with goyza. 3 people left very full for $56."

"super delicious, super quick service, and everyone was so nice! we got the coconut shrimp, salad/miso soup, and the following rolls: firecracker, september, and the mango roll. they were so yummy, and i was so full by the end. i have a fully trained service dog that attended with me. everyone there was so respectful of him and could tell he was working. i felt so relaxed here ♡"
