"Inside order took quite a while (not enough workers for lunchtime), and the order was wrong, which for me is ultimately fine since I like everything on the Wendy's menu."

"Same lady is cashier whenever we go in, don't know her name, but she's older, and I think only works the counter. She can't pick up the pace to save her life, makes what should be an in and out endeavor last close to an hour or more. Waited in line for 20 minutes this time with zero progress made in line. Orders were backed up, and workers on their lunch breaks were having to call to let their bosses know they'd be late. It defeats the purpose of fast food when the only cashier up there moves like a snail. Good food, if you're able to actually get it. I understand it's busy during the lunch rush, but at least put another cashier up there."

"The food tastes fine, but this location always takes forever to give you your food. I have had to sit at the window for upward of 20 minutes. And when you have a 30-minute break, that is WAY too long."

"There seemed to be a lot of staff there, but the service was terrible. The line inside was long, and there were lots of people waiting for their orders. They seemed irritated. I ordered my food thru the drive-in but forgot to order my drink. I ran inside to grab a drink, but when I was next in line, the cashier left for the restroom and no one else took his place. I ended up leaving after waiting at least 5 minutes."

"They exemplify the term fast food. The cashier was working putting orders together, but the guy preparing hamburgers asked what we were going to order and got that started. (Good job) We placed our order, and it was only seconds for them to put it together. I loved that all workers were hustling to get things done. Did not see any staff standing around on cell phones. All of them literally, if they saw something that needed to be done, they jumped in and did it. (Great work ethic and teamwork) The dining area was clean as well."
