"Food was cooked so fast. Onion rings and cheesy tots came out crispy and hot. Staff very friendly and polite. Clean sit down area with plenty booths to pick from. Basically all you need for a great quick meal."

"I hadn't had BK for 6 months. I pulled in on my way home after a doc appointment and was immediately greeted over the speaker by a very pleasant female voice. She was very helpful and had me pull around when we were done. I was again greeted at the window by a very friendly female associate who was smiling. She quickly ran my card and handed me my meal and card back. It was all that fast. I figured for sure that they missed or forgot my no pickle request, but I got home to eat and my burger was PERFECT. My fries were cooked perfect as well and were still hot. Best BK experience I have had in years. Thanks US12 and Platt Rd BK! A job well done!"

"Waited in the drive through line trying to order. When I pulled up there was a vehicle at the speaker and I was fourth in line. I didn't time it but at least 5 minutes later that vehicle was still at the speaker, and I don't know how long they had been there already. They finally pulled ahead and the next vehicle got to the speaker. Sat there again for ages, at least 4 minutes, before I finally gave up and left as I was still the third vehicle in line and I was sick of waiting. Absolutely atrocious. Even if there were a couple vehicles who had already ordered (couldn't really have been more than that or I would have seen them lined up on the other side) before the person at the speaker when I pulled up 5 minutes is an eternity for fast food. More than enough time to get even multiple large orders out. So then why was the next vehicle at the speaker at least another 4 minutes and who knows how much longer after I pulled away? It's pretty much impossible to NOT make 3 or 4 orders in 10 minutes. There was also a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed for everything but using the restroom so it wasn't that they were getting swamped inside. They just couldn't manage to make a few orders in 10 minutes? How did it get this bad? You used to be able to go in a place and they'd have two registers going, as well as drive through, and it would take 3 or 4 minutes max to place and receive your order and be on your way. Now a place can't handle a single line."

"Tried the honey mustard chicken wrap for $2.99 will definitely NOT be ordering that again from this location, waste of money and had to remove half of the mustard as that was like 5x too much for the 1 1/2in piece of chicken"
