"Had to call the business after an order online was placed incorrectly. Took 9 attempts for the staff to finally answer the phone. Then they gave me the wrong food items and combo size. Shoddy service. The food is fine."

"I had a long day and hadn't been able to eat all day. On my way home, I went out of my way to stop by a Wendy's for a good burger, happened to be this one. It was 9:30pm and I missed it because all of the lights were off in and out of restaurant, even at the drive through menu. I thought they had closed early. I should have turned away then. They said still open, so I ordered at the drive through and get my food after several minutes. I immediately pull over to a parking spot in the lot to eat, and my fries were cold and dry, and my cheeseburger was COLD everywhere!! I took one bite and then chucked it. Absolute trash! Such a disappointment and a total waste of money. Went over to the McDonald's nearby and was served hot food instead!! I can't believe the nerve of the employee's to serve me completely cold and worthless food. Never coming back here again. Was told by the McDonald's employee that Wendy's leaves out their food for a while, especially near close and it's not fresh. Why even stay open if you're food is no good?! Wish they had closed early so I wouldn't have wasted my time and money."

"Extremely slow. Seems to only have about a few employees working whenever I am there. Terrible service with employees who seem unhappy all the time. I ordered a baconator With NO MAYO and when I finally got my order after 20 minutes there was mayo. Wont be coming to this wendys again"

"Everything here is terrible. Lived in south lyon 2 years and this place is trash. The staff is trash. And I mean trashy. Today I had an employee screaming with a customer is the parking lot while I was waiting at the window for my food. Get home and 2 burgers and 1 chicken sandwich wasn't there. Drove back and they immediately handed me the cold bag they forgot to give me. Nasty white trash staff. They all live across the street in the trailer park. Place is disgusting, this was my last attempt after 2 years. Trash. Trash. Trashy. Stay away"

"An actual disaster. Wait time was way too long with at least 5-6 workers (I was the only car in line). Every item of my food was wrong. I heard the workers in the back say there was no strawberry lemonade that I ordered and they didn’t tell me to my face, just handed me a dark red drink without saying anything and with no straw. My large fry was barely filled. All for $16, Workers are rude. I used to work in this industry, they don’t know what they’re doing. Don’t come here!"
