"I don't know how long they've been there, but Mineo's looks like it's been in business for a long time. The interior doesn't look like it's been updated in a while. That's fine though, because it's a carryout pizza place. You can tell they take care of it, as the place is super clean! Call to place your order and they answer the phone in a quick and direct manner. They're not rude. They just want to take your oder and get back to making pizza pies! I grew up in Chicagoland so I know what good pizza is. Unfortunately, I haven't found a lot of good pizza places in Grand Rapids. Mineo's on the other hand, actually has some pretty good pizza. They're generous with the toppings and the pizza has a nice thickness to it, without being too thick. I would ask them to make it well done. Without this, the crust seems to be under done. Make sure you get the cheesy breadsticks too. You won't regret it!"
