"Sadly, we like Tim Hortons. Today's visit was anything but normal. They had to remake our drinks twice and gave us a breakfast sandwich that had over cooked. The sausage was like overly burnt roasted and crunch when you bit into it. I had to spit it out. I called the store was offered a refund for the 1 sandwich, but would have to return to the store to get it, which didn't work well for me. I was also told the prodiluct serve to me was made fresh within the last 10 minutes, because they were so busy. I suggest they check there product as this most definitely was not fresh."
