"Ordered a chicken power bowl with no beans or tomato and got a Powerball that was about half beans and tomato. Also ordered two spicy potato tacos that were filled with so much sauce that when I grabbed them out it spilled out onto my legs. Lastly the girl taking her order seemed upset to be doing so."

"The food we got was fine. The people were nice, but this was the 3rd time in a row they've gotten our order wrong. Sometimes it's 1 item, this time 7 items were missing. It's very irritating when prices keep going up and getting the food you actually paid for seems impossible"

"The absolute slowest Taco Bell I have ever been too. I will never go back personally or will not except a Door Dash. It is never ready on time. Wasted a half hour between two visits there yesterday. And I have been there before yesterday at different times of the day and always slow. They had 3 people on line and two cashiers. They said they were under staffed. It wasn't like there were 2 people there, as I have worked fast food as well. I could drive to Grandville and get my order and come back to this location and it will still being made."

"This is the best Taco Bell around! I’m serious, the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are extremely polite and make sure everything is correct. I’ve been a handful of times and each time is just as good as the last time. Also, the staff was so worried about our order taking to long to make, they gave us a free taco coupon for our next visit. So kind!"

"Great Taco Bell location that just opened recently. Always fast and friendly drive-thru service. Food has been perfect the last 5+ times I've gone."
