"Waited 10 plus minutes for service. Had to go inquire only to hear "I have 2 sections I'm taking care of". Not only said with attitude but also while standing with 2 other servers talking. Stop by and say be with you soon....acknowledge we are there. Shouldn't have to go inquire. How long would it have been if we didn't? We left. Place is definitely not the same sadly. Won't be back. Wasn't busy smh"

"It was a nice place, the service was ok, could have been better. For my first being there. My Mother said the Hamburger had to many pickles, which she does like them, but way to many. The fries--were a bit soft, undercooked. The time to get our food was a bit long, that's another reason why we didn't send the food back. We needed extra napkins had to get some from the next table over. Overall it was ok"

"First time to the Rainbow Grill because I had a store to check out in the area and decided to stop in here on my way back home. I did check them out here the night before I stopped in to see the reviews, photos and menu, which I am glad I did. It gave me an idea of the place and what to order ahead of time. It was around 6:00 p.m. so the place was starting to get busy, which is a good idea of how good the food is. I ordered the onion rings and the New York strip which was exceptionally good. The sides that came with it, the macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes were really good. The young man that waited on me was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future when I am in the area to try out some of the other items on their menu."
