"Not a bad experience just figured when I ordered a wrap I would get a tortilla not some over flattened flat bread. If you change your wrap at least update the menu so it says so. I wanted a real wrap not what I got.and on top of it I ordered the churro and didn't get it either. Disappointed. Now I have called for 20 straight minutes and not a person answered. I want my full order refunded and I will never order from this place again, you just lost a paying customer. Should have answered the phone now I'm contacting corporate"
"All of the veggies are mixed together. Onions in the green peppers, lettuce in the cucumbers. One of the staff has skin peeling off her face. Literally dry skin just fallimg off. Waited 15minutes in line while they finished online orders. Then warmed my eggs, bacon and wrap all separate. So by the time the sandwich was made. With only 2 toppings, it was already cold. WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. SERVICE SUCKS AND SO DOES THE FOOD"
"Ordered a mexi cali, guy even confirmed the order to the one preparing the sandwich. Somehow got a different sandwich from the menu, called to let them know. Was told I “need to bring them the sandwich back”. Horrible customer service"
"My girlfriend and I put our order in online. She then went and picked up our food from the store. Neither of us had the cheese we asked for and mine didn't have any cheese we had asked for extra mayo on both subs and got one stripe on each sub and when informed that are Subs have been improperly made the owner of the store rather than offering us our food replaced said she was sorry and there was nothing she could do you would think that someone running the company that big wouldn't be that cheap I definitely won't be going back here and I wish I could give it less than one star"
