"Absolutely the best! I can't say enough good things about DCA. My daughter attended from age 3 1/2 - 5 and she really disovered herself, grew, and learned SO much from the team here. They are so warm, welcoming, and tailor their instruction to the needs of each child. My daughter was part of the Kindergarten program as a 4 1/2 year old learned to read! Highly recommend DCA over other daycare centers. I wish we knew about them with my older children, but feel lucky we found them for our youngest."

"I can’t say enough positive things about DCA. I feel so lucky to have found this hidden gem, and referred many happy families as well. The director and staff are so warm, nurturing and kind. My kids loved attending and would run to the door each day. It’s very rare to find a preschool whose teachers genuinely love being there, are always happy and smiling, and isn’t a revolving door. Most of the staff has been there for years- which says a lot. The director is unmatched- she treats each child as her own and bends over backwards to accommodate each family’s needs. We loved our experience there and can’t wait to return for summer!"

"My son started going to Discovery corner academy during the pandemic (after the lockdown was over). We left our previous daycare for a number of reasons, but how they worked thru the pandemic was the final straw. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Loretta and the staff at Discovery. Loretta managed thru an incredibly stressful time with care and compassion. Her staff has very little turnover, which is so telling of a great employer. The care and love that Loretta and staff show to the children is remarkable. It’s a great place for “kids to be kids”. We also sent our son thru Discovery Corner’s Kindergarten program as he was a “young 5” (Nov birthday). He entered Kindergarten in Troy Schools BEYOND ready. I attribute so much of the ease of transition to Ms. Richele and her Kindergarten class! Phonics, reading, math, science…all activities done in a fun, stress-free environment that was tailored to each child’s abilities. My son has such a great foundation to excel! Lastly, Ms. Loretta makes her center available for school-aged children as well during school vacations and breaks. Such an easy peace of mind knowing that we have such a dependable option with a place that we absolutely LOVE!!"
