"The absolute best daycare/preschool in the area. You are welcome, no seriously I did all the homework and objectively you are done finding a place for your kids...now go enjoy some quiet time for yourself, we all know if you are looking into Meadowbank you have little ones and a even second of peace and quiet is GOLD!"
"We love all of the staff at Meadowbank! Our son learns so much and it truly is a blessing they help potty train!"
"We love Meadowbank Schools! Our three boys were there from babies through the summer program. They learned so much and were so well cared for. What a wonderful experience overall!"
"The experience at Meadowbank Schools was odd to say the least. In June 2022 we toured the facility because of relocation to the area. The school overall is clean and the staff do okay with the kids but it is tough to get communication out of them. We asked several times how he was doing, if there were any concerns and overall do they see any issues. The most response we received was that he was sweet, caring, and is doing ok, 9/10 times it was just a “he is doing okay”. Now onto the other major issue at hand: We met with the Center Director at the time and had a few questions regarding potty training and the process for children. Our at the time 2 year old has a communication delay and when he started just received his tubes, allowing him to hear more clear. We wanted to ensure that them being potty trained 100% at the time they turn 3 would not be an issue. The Center Director assured us that there were three distinct rooms that he could go into and they would keep him in the not potty trained room as we worked with him to get potty trained. It made us feel comfortable and we decided to give it a shot. As stated above the communication is lackluster to say the least and the morning greater is not very friendly. With all this in mind, we thought things were going normal as planned and he was doing great until we received a call that he is being removed from the center due to difficulty potty training. When discussing with the new center director who is also the now owner, it was never discussed with us and really blind sided us as a whole. He turned 3 less than 30 days ago and while we continue to try and potty train him, he is not taking to it, which is fine. The situation they placed us in was difficult but the way they handled the process was ineffective, unprofessional, and lacked any sympathy. If the expectations would have been clear back in June, then we would have choose a separate daycare that could fit his needs, but as educators of young minds she made a few key mistakes in the discussion talking about other kids, the “new” ownership which is the daughter taking over, and the policy update and miscommunication from the old center director. The process of removing him after they gave us two weeks to find a new center was easy and they did refund money that was paid but when arriving to pick up our child, the front desk worker who is not very friendly said quite loudly, “oh is this the one we are removing,” it was not professional and as a group they are unable to handle the face to face communication. I wish them nothing but what they deserve and work for but please be upfront with parents as the kids transition through the age groups, that the expectation is to have them potty trained right at that time they turn 3. We have made tremendous strides with his communication, attention, and overall development but If you truly knew early childhood education you would know that forcing it on younger kids, only causes you to work against yourself."
"My son dances in the living room, singing, "I love school," every morning, which makes my momma heart happy. My son has made several good friends and thinks his teacher, Miss Cindy, can do no wrong. We had a little bit of an issue with schedule because my husband is on a rotating shift, but the daycare worked with us to figure out how to make it work."
