"DO NOT let your child go here. This place has gone downhill rapidly. I will start off by saying not all the staff is bad. Mr. Andy is absolutely wonderful and our son loves him. But I'm not sure all of the staff is qualified to work here or even cares about the children they are caring for. Our child on multiple occasions has had dried poop caked onto his bottom and legs due to having an accident and no one catching it or checking regularly. The last time when I arrived to pick him up he was napping in his outdoor boots and coat. His hands were covered in dirt and he still puts his fingers in his mouth during nap, so he is sucking on dirt and mud. He had poop dried to his legs which was obviously there longer than his nap so it seemed no one checked him before he went down for a nap. The communication at the facility is atrocious. On multiple occasions he was in a different classroom and we were never notified about him moving. We have reached out to the current director multiple times via phone and email regarding the issues we were having and they have yet to respond in days. We are so happy we found a better facility to move him to that will actually care about his well being."

"Avoid this place at all costs. There are so many red flags for a parent whose child is not able to communicate what is going on behind closed doors. My son would constantly lose his mind at drop off and couldn’t get out of the rooms fast enough at pick up. They also will accuse your child of behavior issues, but not let you see any camera footage. The director (Taquita) will claim corporate won’t let parents view footage because other children are in the footage, but they will upload pictures to my kids parent portal and he’s not even in them…just a bunch of other kids that are not mine. And don’t bother asking for corporates number because you’ll be told they don’t know it. I also had issues of them moving classrooms and not letting me know where he was. I do not like wandering around a daycare trying to locate my son. Communication is AWFUL. They are on their 3rd director in a year, and teacher turnover rate is ridiculous (another red flag). There’s also a few teachers there who I feel should NOT be working in childcare."

My son has an IEP for speech delay and since attending Karnak his vocabulary has blossomed and his speech has improved immensely. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Lindsey, Michelle, Laura and Kayla. Their hours work great with my crazy work hours: I just love this place!"
