"Google says the location should be open until 1am....nope....sat at drive thru speaker from 11pm until 11:20pm...then had a guy walk out with an attitude saying that they are closed. This location definitely needs workers who want to work."

"Told the order 3 times. First came out all wrong. Hard shell vs soft shells. Half no cheese or letter half just lettuce for soft shell family pack. Did the order again…. All but 6 cans out w everything but the meat. Is it really that freaking hard? I don’t get it at all."

"Food was made incorrectly. For an order that cost almost 100 dollars, I expected it to be spot on. Day time manager didn’t have a clue to what was going on, and also very loud for no reason. She was talking about me ordering food (complaining) I brought in a 100 dollar order for my company. The poor cashier was doing her job and got yelled at for accepting money to a business. I guarantee if the store owner saw this entire ordeal that happened today that manager would have been fired on the spot! Kudos to the cashier helping me bring my order to the car as well, the manager for this location would never. Too busy doing nothing and bossing people around while they’re already getting their a$$ kicked on the line. 2 stars for the professionalism from the cashier. 0 stars for the poor management. Unreal."

"Don't bother going to this Taco Bell!!! Stood inside for 15 minutes and could not get a single person to acknowledge us, let alone wait on us. The manager was too busy sitting on her rump talking to her boyfriend/husband. Another employee at another booth and a guy cleaning the dining room.There was not another single customer inside or at the drive-through. No other excuse than pure laziness!!! This manager should be fired!!!"
