"New store, very clean. The atmosphere is wide open but not warehouse like. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. We stopped for lunch, my wife had never had Popeyes and she was very impressed."

"Tried the 8 pc chicken w beans & rice and potatoes/gravy in the Ionia location. Crispy chicken had zero flavor & the biscuits were pretty hard. There was only 1 breast in our “meal”. Definitely not worth the money paid. The strawberry lemonade was delicious & for that I might return."

"The lady at the front desk was very nice. Service was fast and friendly. I bought the 8 piece meal and for what I paid it was not worth it. The chicken all wings and drum sticks except for one breast was tiny. I bought a mix of regular and spicy. The regular had no flavor at all, the spicy was just okay. The side was one small tub of mashed potatoes with an odd flavor gravy and 4 hard biscuits. If I ever come it might be to try the wings but I doubt it."

"We ordered wings and a chicken sandwich. The wings are tiny; they look like breaded bones. They did not have much flavor and the boxes aren't marked so if you order more than one flavor, you have to guess which is which. I'm very glad we got the bogo for $1 deal because they definitely aren't worth the regular price. The chicken sandwich tasted funny. I've had the chicken sandwich at other locations and it's always been great but I couldn't even eat half of this one. The service was great and my order was ready before the stated pick up time (ordered through the app)."
