"Waited 30 minutes for drive-thru order. Finally had to go inside to find out where our order was. They were totally clueless and had to remake order. Still didn't get it right. SO MUCH FOR FAST FOOD"

"They asked me to pull aside to wait for 3 big macs. After 10 minutes and watching everyone from behind me go thru, I went in and demanded a refund. The manager was very nice. Told me she just got here and pulled my nuggets out. I said well that's funny, 10 minutes ago I was waiting on big macs. She gave me refund and food. She apologized. Then I get home. Not one of our 3 big macs had cheese. And one had 2 cups of lettuce. 8 pickles, and massive amounts of sauce. One had very little toppings and the bottom bun was a middle bun. I wish there was a spot to add a pic. I'll just have to put it on facebook."

"Had to wait for someone to come take my order, but not before an employee cut in front of us to get his order put in first. He didn't even ask us or said excuse me before stepping in front of us. I was glad I wasn't in any hurry. Then there was no explanation on how they give you a number & you can get your drinks & have a seat they'll bring out your food. I asked for a large size meal & received all medium fries & drink, but I paid for a large size. I had to go back up to the counter to have it corrected and the manager on duty was very rude I'm glad I asked for a recipient."

"Might need a little more help or training.. every car has been asked to pull forward.. and no food out in the 15 mins I’ve waited.. was asked Three at the window what my order was.. Looks like a bunch of teens working.. was actually just asked again while writing this review what my order was.. I’m not really sure what’s going on in there!! I hope someone who has so pull is actually seeing these reviews and gets these teens some real help and guidance."
