Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

"Me and my gf went to dairy queen to purchase dinner. We order 2 orders of shrimp and some cheese kurds. I can't complain enough because im so disgusted by this establishment. Our food tasted disgusting and also made our belly hurt all night long. Me and her had to sleep separately that night because we were so gassy from this food. I wish our drive thru person called justin beiver would been more polite. I truly don't recommend this place."

"When I walked in I was one of 2 people in the restaurant. I was told “ someone will be right with you” and I waited at the counter. Was greeted by a young girl, she seemed impatient. While I was ordering, I let her know I have a dairy allergy and asked her to notify the cooks- so gloves could be changed or food could be separated from other peoples that contained dairy. She sighed very clearly irritated, and I told her this was the only place in town to get cheap chicken tenders, which I should not have had to explain. I stood at the food pickup spot and watched her stand there and not say anything to the cooks. She proceeded to box up my food, and give to to me. When I got home I opened my box to see not only the wrong sauce, but also bread- WITH BUTTER. After I specifically said- I have dairy ALLERGY. I can move past her not telling the cook- even tho that is a huge issue. But now my food is contaminated with dairy. When I tried to do the survey- it told me I was unable to do to my receipt info not matching anything in their system. Very annoyed with this lack of care for allergies, even though my allergy is mild- thank god it isn’t severe."

"Ordered two medium Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzards. There were no Peanut Butter Cups in either one. It tasted like vanilla ice cream with a very faint taste of Peanut Butter. Also mine had big air holes."

"I was not disappointed with the Flamethrower Double. This is my first time at a DQ Grill. My expectations was basically similar to the big 3. Drove through to grab a fast burger. The cost was a little surprisingly high $8 for a fast food burger but still was able to deliver. A little bit sloppy but delicious. Spicyness was a tad lower than a jalapeño but strong enough to taste it. Would have loved it to have fresh jalapeños. Spicy comes from the sauce. I will definitely come back when I’m prepared to burn another 8 bucks on a burger."
