"Called and ordered 7 footlong subs last night at 4:30pm for dinner. All but 1 sub was not made right had wrong toppings or missing toppings on them. 2 of the subs weren't even the right subs. Had very upset kids. Same thing happens when we try to order through the app they always get something wrong at this location."
"Janky subway. I went here to get some lunch for my work break and it was just annoying.. the workers wouldn’t stop talking to each other and kept getting my order wrong. It was hard to speak up and correct them, introverts nightmare. The cashier also gave me a death glare for no particular reason and looked like he hated his job."

"Decided to try a protein bowl for the first time, the staff were helpful with walking me through the process. I observed the staff working well together. Friendly and efficient! Clean store. Only complaint would be that cucumbers are no longer available."
"I'm sick in bed with COVID and really just wanted a sub with avocado. I order online and send my hubby to pick it. He gets back and my melt isn't melted at all, there's no avocado and it's thrown together in a paper bag so carelessly that everything is coming out of it. Also missing the appl juice I ordered. So I call and the woman who answered the phone was rude. She acted like it was my fault that the website let me order avocado slices even though they didn't have it and then basically called me a liar when I told her that there was not smashed avocado on it. Also said it was my hubby's responsibility to grab the juice, like there's no such thing as customer service. I was a little rude back and hung up.. done anyone see any avocado?"
