"5 stars for Service, 2-3 for overall experience (could've been anticipated by management). The poor kids working tonight were overloaded with online orders, maybe some kind of promotion? They were working so so hard and should've been better staffed or prepared. There was a young woman working the register and she was amazing, but props to the whole crew for sure. As a F&B lifer, the non-stop orders were nightmare fuel. I just wish I had more money to tip better"

"Terrible customer service. I was not greeted when I entered the store. The customer service rep made little to no eye contact with me and had poor communication skills to the point where I couldn’t even understand what he mumbled. They had no hot and ready pizzas available and no crazy bread or cheese bread available. There were two customers in the lobby arguing and both stated they’d been waiting a half an hour for online orders. There was no sense of urgency or effort on the part of the employees to serve their customers well."

"I placed an order to the wrong address, called to cancel within one minute of ordering so they didn’t waste their time making it and the manager was ‘too busy’ to talk to me to cancel the order and then told the employee to hang up on me and get back to work. The employee said ‘we’re really busy and the boss doesn’t want me talking on the phone no more’ and then hung up. Now I will have to pack my three kids under 4 up and drive across town because they couldn’t take one minute to cancel my order."
