"Ordered two subs online for pickup. One I requested to be toasted and it was not. The other one I requested extra mayo and extra onion. There was barely any of either on the sub. I also requested extra cheese, which is an extra that you pay for, and the amount of cheese was minimal. The receipt attached to my order showed all of the items correct. Some of them were even highlighted and yet they were still missed. Not a good experience."

"I only had 2-3 layers of turkey on my sub and it was so thin. Not worth the almost $10 when I’m still hungry after I ate the sub"

"Lunch time is probably the best time to eat at this location..... there high school students who work there have no customer service skills suck which is understandable because they are new adults but when the employees don't wash their hands before making your food is a common etiquette that needs to be enforced. Truly enjoy their food but 3 times I've been turned away because while waiting you can clearly see when they touch other things then grab gloves to touch your food."

"as I walked in, I was greeted very promptly by what seemed to be a newer employee.This young lady was very on top of it from what I witnessed. As she is asking me for my order, we were both interrupted by another Employee in glasses very rudely. She told this girl to stop making sandwiches so they can get orginized from what i understood. It’s how she said it and how she spoke to her at that time that made me want to say something. I know she was probably frustrated, but there is no reason to ever raise your voice at another employee in front of people like that."

"Very happy with my whole #4 Itilian. Came with Ham, Capacola, Salami & Cheese. I had topped with lettuce, tomatoes, shredded pickles, banana peppers, oil & vinegar and salt & pepper. The meat and cheese are sliced in front of you. The big chain sub place has started doing this to copy the great mom & pop shops like this one. Best part of this shop is how they cut the sub into six smaller pieces."
