"Team seemed to enjoy each other, and the food was as quality as the service. Great! A nice experience and good atmosphere. Unique building style was cool too. Overall I highly recommend this location."

"Was a bit busy. Had about 5 people in front me to order. They have about 7 people working. The guy putting the orders together had to keep reaching behind him to get chicken as the lady was trying to cut it up. When came time to order, they had no white rice. They seem to be low on other items. The guy at register was just standing there like he had nothing to do until the next person was done ordering. He could have at least helped put orders together or get items they were low or out of. After paying, the drink station needed some serious cleanup. The service station needed some cleanup as well. There was hardly a clean table to sit and enjoy my food. There was trash overflowing and on the floor. Very slow service and seems like the employees had no care in the world how slow they were and how they kept the place. Doubt be eating here again. Feel very dirty. Never saw a manager to put my complaint to."

"I ordered my carne asada..because the ad on tv looks really appetizing.. Well..what you see is NOT what I got...my pictures will tell you..big difference.. While waiting for my online order..I observed the kitchen area...omg Management needs to make some drastic ..sanitary changes.. Major mess..on the floor..floor was wet, chips n napkins and who knows what else was on the floor.. So un sanitary... Is this compliant with the health department?? Food was good..even though I got the wrong thing.. But I sincerely do not think I'll ever go here again."

"Bad location due to staff not cooking or cutting the meats well. They rarely get the vinaigrette right here too. It’s either seasoned to shhhh or bland and just oil trash. I’ve eaten here 3 times in the past week because love chipotle but come on team. Get your stuff together. Take the time to Train the staff. I just threw away 3 vinaigrettes which you have to pay for as we all know, and cut up my own chicken because it was so over cooked the staff apparently couldn’t cut through it"

"Burrito bowls tasted good, but our chips weren’t edible. I got the barbacoa and my wife got the carnita bowl. Both delicious! We also got a side of chips and cheese sauce. The chips were either dumped with salt or incredibly stale. Either way, inedible chips. I was shocked that our total came to $40 for 2 bowls and 1 inedible chip/cheese. Inside seemed nice, but kitchen within sight of cash register looked a bit messy."
