"My only complaint is that they often forget sauce packets. If/when I get Taco Bell, I have it delivered with DoorDash, and I always always always add 10 sauce packets to my order, and probably 1 out of every 5 orders is delivered without sauce. Other than that it's a great Taco Bell"

"Staff is unprofessional. The kitchen and lobby were a mess. Employee with large mustache was making fun of all the customers in the lobby waiting for their mobile orders. Often stopped making orders to eat/drink or joke around with fellow employees. Considering the state of the kitchen and the poor attitude of staff, I would not recommend ordering from here."

"I came here on 9/11/23 around 8:30pm and ordered 3 burritos, 3 spicy potato tacos, some chicken rollups, and a $5 cravings box. The 2 guys they had running the assembly line the one with the moustache looked like he was drunk and hated his life, and the guy wrapping had absolutely no idea what anything was, what bag it went in, anything. They got my order so incredibly wrong, it was the WORST thing I have ever seen. I didnt WANT to check the bag because I had already been there for 20 minutes, and if anything was wrong i knew they wouldnt be able to fix it. I figured it would be wrong, but I didnt figure it would all be be so WET that it would soak through the bottom of the bag!!!!! I had to take items that were nearly empty and move the stuff inside them to other non-wet items of other stuff i didnt order. They have me 4 cheese rollups i didnt order, 2 taco supreme i didnt order, and they missed a bunch of stuff that i DID order! Its gonna take a while for me to forget this one. This isnt even funny. This is the worst thing i have ever seen, from ANY restaurant."

"My fiancé came here on 5/11/23 at around 1:30am we ordered a #2 combo and a nacho bell grande all of which came too me with half a scoop of taco meat spread all a crossed the items. My nacho bel grande came with 3 crumbs of meat and mostly just beans cheese and tomato and chips. Thanks for the chips and cheese with re fried beans lol. We usually have a good experience with the day shift bite it seems like closing shift don’t care too much !!!"

"Depending on the workers...the experience is hit or miss. They usually get my mobile order right, 60 percent of the time. So, that's a plus. I can happily say it's one of the better taco bells, though they need to work on food quality more. Update as of 4/23/2023 Food was terrible, cold. Not the first time, probably not the last. Dine in was awful, trashes full...tables not wiped down. Why? You're supposed to take pride in your restaurant. If you don't like your job, find another. Also, it wasn't at all busy when I went in there so that's not an excuse they can use. Do better please."
