"pulled into drive thru, was told welcome to burger king where you rule! ordered an overpriced sandwich fries and coke $12.50 asked for well done fries (did not get them) asked for ketchup was handed 3 packs asked if I could have a little more and the very rude dude acted like I was trying to rip him off he said I was only allowed 1 packet and could not give me anymore! so I guess there is no reason for them to say I rule when I am supposed to take what is handed to me and continue to pay outragious prices!!!!!!"

"The lady at the window was so rude and disrespectful. When I asked to speak to the manager she refused. I called the store and spoke with the manager and let him know I was at the drive thru window. He came and spoke with me and was very kind and apologized for her nasty language. The things she said should never be said to a customer. I plan to call corporate. Marianne was the employees name. The Managers name was Bill. He promised to take care it."

"Worst Burger king in Muskegon. Avoid this place at all costs. The manager and the lady at the window are unstable and don't know how to run a business. They will give your food to another customer and make you wait over an hour and get hostile when the customer brings it up"

"This Burger King is the best location in Muskegon. A great time to go is lunch time because the food is the freshest then. Also there is an employee by the name of Sammy that makes the best sandwiches there. I have been coming here for close to 30 years and he has been working there. So experience like that goes a long way."
