"I ordered through the app and picked up my order and left. Sandwiches were fantastic and put together well. They didn’t follow my request to cut each sandwich in three pieces but I could still manage."

"Unfortunately, Subway lost a life long customer today in Fremont. Between the menu changes, price hikes and the fact that you can't see the food anymore to see if it is fresh or not. I was on fence about even going there, but the final straw for me was when they told me it was going to be an extra $3 to add cheese to my already overpriced meatball sub. Fremont subway has joined the list of my personal boycott of fast food places."

"I had a chopped salad that they claimed they could not chop. They couldn't heat bacon for salads!?, cucumbers were frozen and they could not use fresh ones until they were gone."

"The quality of the service is very hit or miss. Most of the time the associates aren't the friendliest or care to help you, and they assume that everyone wants their bread soggy from the amount of mayonnaise they put on. By the time I get the word enough out of my mouth they've already put on about 12 to many swipes of mayonnaise. I ordered a "footlong" and I've never measured it, but I was curious since the price went up $1.50 since last time I got it about a month ago, it was 11" so that was nice."
