"Absolute worst service. So slow. Placed a delivery order an hour later ended up having to pick it up myself only to find out it wasn’t ready and they needed me to pull forward to wait another 15 minutes so half of the food was cold was half was piping hot and the majority of the ice in the drinks melted. They wouldn’t want to eat this stuff themselves so why on earth do they serve it?!"

"The Schulz family that owns this place does not care what product it produces. The orders are always made wrong, they are always understaffed, and you're almost always guaranteed to wait for for your order. The lack of other options in the area make it so they can produce sub par product and still make money. I'd head north or south for better options if I were you."

"Literally just left without my food. Ordered at the kiosk. Waited 20 minutes. No food. Nobody else getting their orders either. All staff in the back. Nobody to talk too. Not worth my $9. So I left. Wouldn’t advise risking it."

"15 minutes wait for food. gave me a regular chicken but I ordered deluxe. came back to ask for the tomatoes and lettuce, waited 5 minutes without being acknowledged. All the orders are in the red. I noticed they have 10 ppl with a 1:9 sandwich maker to service ratio during rushes. there should be 2 makers, 1 for fries/drinks, 1 front cashier and 2 for drive thru plus manager. 7 total. 2:5 ratio is precision. they have 45% too many employees, 80% women and female managers. total management failure"

"WORST! McDonald’s you will ever go to. Not only do they get your order wrong almost every time you go, but they blatantly don’t even try. I asked for no pickles they were able to label the wrap marked no pickle but still put pickles on my cheeseburger. EVERY TIME! They never have knowledgeable staff, they never have a functioning ice cream machine, or shake machine and they NEVER have breakfast burritos (everyone's favorite) As a local and fellow customer service/ food service manager, this is just humiliating. Tighten up."
