Broker at redwood was of zero help, I called shipper myself and was told he would be loaded within the hour. At 2:30 they reject us for a "odor". Clean swept out 2018 trailer that is nothing but food grade. Seems like product was never ready and pulling a fast one to not have to pay TONU."
