"Ordered The New Cheese Steak Sandwich, Chicken Slider, 2 Curly Fries, Large Sprite & a Large Fanta Orange. They had me pull off to the side parking spots. We waited for 10 minutes, Fanta Orange was in NEED OF BEING CHANGED, when the food came out, fries are barely warm, I explained the situation with the Fanta Orange. She gladly took my cup. We waited another 5 + minutes for the Fanta Orange Soda to be changed. She came back out, handed me the same Large Cup. The cup felt odd, I opened it up. It was 1/3 the way down. I decided NOT to drink it. Tossed it in the trash. By that time she was already back in the store. Got home and my regular Cheese Steak Sandwich was a Bacon Ranch Cheese Steak Sandwich. My grandson enjoyed his Chicken Slider & Sprite. Pricey Lesson. $23.++ Meal."

"Great place. The manager was very polite telling me the fryer was down. I stopped at Arby's to get the Fish Strips. With the fryer being down I got roast beef. I really really like the Fish Strips. They are the best ever. I hope they become a permanent menu item."

"Burger, Reuben, Gyros have been good. Turnover is usually great. Jamoca shake is Mom's favorite. So I do recommend these. Staff is sometimes friendly. Got a Greek gyro and it was messy. Went back and got a roast beef gyro same day and it was put together neat and for some reason tasted better. So sometimes a hit or miss. Noticed that fried food is consistently lukewarm and not fried fresh and crisp. Even when busy. I have to ask for fresh and even then I don't receive it that way. When inside, I noticed that lots of stuff in fryer area is pre-fried and sitting there. So you're not getting anything fresh fried and that's why the texture is off. Can't believe that the floor is still sticky to walk on 6 months later."

"Two times I went to the driver. My order was wrong. I had coupons and they did not give me the rebate for the coupons because my husband went back in to dispute our order and they said they didn’t have some things on the order. He came back and still didn’t have the order right and they charged him more, it would’ve been all right if they would’ve gave me a receipt to begin with probably I don’t know but I really have a hard time going to the Arby’s on Apple Avenue in Muskegon, and one of the women at the drive up was hollering at me, saying that she did put french fries curly fries in the bag and there was none!
