"I hate kiosks, if they want my business, have an employee to take my order and welcome me to your business. I don't care for self ordering and will not patronize businesses that expect me to serve myself. I will go where I feel welcome and appreciated"

"Absolutely terrible, got dine in and they gave us takeout, didn’t know what half my order was, messed up multiple items and had to reorder. Do not recommend"

"I ordered a $5.00 box and some other menu items (including a medium Baja Blast during happy hour). I thought the total was super pricey and I figured I would ask at the window) When I got to the window after 25 minutes (to be fair I found out they were short staffed) I clarified that we had the $5 box before paying and was told we did. So I had to ask for the receipt. On the receipt , instead of having the $5 box there was a chalupa meal. Also, my medium Baja Blast was $2.49. I asked if it was Happy Hour and they said it was, but I didn't clarify I wanted the Happy Hour pricing. So I waited for a refund for the chalupa meal and switched it to the "$5 box," since they refused to do the drink at $1.00. So then the cashier told me it was $7 something and I went over for the 3rd time a $5 box. Finally, we got the food and they forgot the $2.49 medium Baja Blast that should have been a dollar. I actually had to point it out on the receipt to get it. I have to say I eat at Taco Bell atleast twice a month and this by far was the worst Taco Bell experience!"

"This was by far the longest we have ever been in a take out line.. there are two of us on this day.. We order basic meals off the menu.. as we are waiting we see employees outside smoking and talking with non employees the experience was rough to say the least.. then we get our food and some of it was cold.. none of it is what i would consider hot and my tortilla shells were hard around the outside in places.. we will go back this is the first experience like this at the Grayling Taco Bell.. Hopefully it was an off night for them.. We do not live in this town so it will be awhile before I make it back there.."

"9/13/19: ALL THE MEAT IN THE TACOS IS COLD. DISGUSTING. Great Customer Service by the very nice girl at the window that fed our sauce addiction.(she is the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars!!) 10+ min wait in drive threw at 330 in the afternoon from order to food. The food is not worth it. My "beefy 5 layer" is flat! I took 2 bites out of it. Not much lettuce in our crunchy taco's which we got a 12 pack and paid $15 for I expect lettuce."
