"As someone else stated, you order your food and they keep you at the speaker until the car at the window leaves. They cheat on their times. I ordered food this morning and my sandwich and hash browns were cold and hard. I'd give them negative stars if I could."

"I have been visiting this Burger King for the last 2 weeks, and everything I have had to wait soooo long for my 2 or 3 item orders. My Mom is in the C4 and she loves their shakes, but this is getting stupid. Today I ama sitting in the parking lot waiting on 4 cheese sticks. The shake I ordered is almost soup now. I tried to call and of course the phone is busy. WHY Stephanie Kramer is this type of service allowed? The Manger did make good on the order, so that was really nice"

"This place is junk idk what child is running this place but lord is it bad. They do one order at a time so their drive through times are good and the manger gets a bonus from it but everyone in line is at a stand still waiting forever and once you order they don’t let you move forward they make you wait so they can make you’re food before you can move up. I’ve never seen any other drive through do this"

"One of the worst burger kings I've ever been to. They take one order at a time in the drive thru and will not take another until that order is completely done. Meaning ordered then drive up and pay then get their food drive off. Then they finally take another order. Expect to wait 20 mins min everytime and still get cold food. How they even get away with this painfully slow process no other fast food place uses is behind me. Corporate seriously needs to look at this location. No wonder y'all are going outta business !"
