"I was robbed of my money when I ordered online. No refund nor food ever delivered. Orders should not be accepted online when a location is closed or have issue. There is no dispute button in the app."
"Was closed at 8:20pm. Actual closing time is 9:00pm. Employees were cleaning up and ignoring my knocking on the door. Anyways I walked a couple of steps nearby called BC pizza and I would recommend you all to go there from the reviews I saw of this Subway."
"I ordered a steak and cheese sub. There is hardly any meat on one side of the sandwich and an excess amount of green peppers and onions throughout the entire sandwich. We order online then pick up in store because it's easier. They've really been dropping the ball on the online orders. They clearly don't care as much about a well made sandwich if you aren't standing in front of them watching them make it."
"I ordered this as a monster, with an online order. I tried to contact Subway online and let them know that this was unacceptable and then I require situation to be fixed before I ever use Subway again. Just this location but any location. In the last 3 months since this happened, they have not done anything to try and fix it. So I have been going to Firehouse subs, which is a little bit cheaper and the subs are way way better. Now, I wrote off Wendy's years ago and have never returned. Now, I write off subway. And you can't tell me this isn't something that was passed down from the owner to the managers telling the employees to go easy on the meet and everything, not giving the customer what they are paying for. This was a $14 sandwich. It was supposed to be the monster. Half the ingredients are missing, the other ingredients are half there besides the onions and green peppers."
