"Didn't get a receipt. Ordered grilled chicken, got fried & it tasted horrible. Only got a partial order of fries & they were not completely cooked. Ordered some chili & container was only about 3/4 full. Not satisfied with anything. Did one star only because it was required to comment."

"In the last month I have went here 2x on my lunch both times I have ordered something directly off their menu w no special instructions. Both of these times I have received something worth less than what I payed. The first time I ordered the new nacho burger meal and made it all the way back to my work before looking in the bag and seeing I actually had a chicken sandwich. The fries were cold and the pop was out of syrup. Being someone who worked in the service industry for years I know everyone has bad days. Today I decided to give them a second chance and once again received something that was not what I ordered this time I ordered a $7 chicken BLT biggie bag, I checked my bag to make sure I had everything before leaving. I open my sandwich up and there is chicken patty and a slice of lettuce, no sauce, no tomato, no bacon. My fries were alright, but very obviously not fresh and my chicken nuggets were cold on the inside!!!!!!I have no time to turn around and get the correct order either time. Furthermore, both times I felt rushed when I was trying to place an order with no one behind me."

"Fries were a bit too salty, but we ate them. Also the fries and burgers were warm not hot like they weren't freshly made. Service was good. Dining room was empty but clean."

"I've always rather liked Wendy's food. I'm a little disappointed that the salads are over $7 and a burger and fries costs the same or less. If the salads were twice the size, maybe the price would be more worth it to me. On the plus side, the flavor is excellent."
