"Poor service. Employees have bad attitudes and lying issues. The girl with the glasses is very snotty and rude. She likes to yell at people for no reason, you can tell she likes attention. If she continues to work there and cause problems you can count on losing service! Please clean more it stinks in there. Not a healthy environment for the kids!!"
"The facilities are clean and safe. The teachers seem caring and good enough, I think they could be great if they didn't have so much responsibility. At least, that is how I perceived it. That would be my main complaint- I am surprised that an operation of this size does not have a team of designated admin that aren't teachers. I think maybe a floating admin that handles all the orientations/outreach/billing makes sense or 1 admin at each building or something is needed... The teachers were doing a lot of those tasks and maybe that's why it took us a few weeks to even get a bill while my daughter was there and once we did start getting billed, we were being billed the wrong amount and that issue was never resolved. Our brightwheel account is still being billed the wrong weekly amount and we still have not received a final invoice after nearly 2 months of my daughter being pulled. I'm honestly not a fan of the fact that I have an accumulated balance of hundreds of dollars hanging over my finances, that I may or may not have to pay at some point. One other thing that ended up making it not a good fit for our family... The layout of the kits facility is the worst. My husband had a conversation about this with another parent. The hooks for coats and stuff are in the back of the building. I am going to just say it is a human experience to arrive somewhere and hang up your coat and stuff, otherwise you're left awkwardly holding them or your kid runs in and starts playing with winter gear on, sometimes one of the teachers wants to help, sometimes not and then throw in the fact that you never know which classroom to go to... I thought it was standard/basic preschool stuff to have the cubbies by the door so families can form a drop off routine. Also, the hooks and cubbies are too high for the kids to put their own things up, my daughter is very used to doing this at home, so that factor mixed with the unpredictability was difficult for us, personally. I realize our family has the luxury of being more selective and some may not. So, Pitter Patter is still an asset to the community because they're providing a safe place for children while parents go to work, but it could also be better."
"It's more like a babysitters club then anything. There's not a lot of developmental strides in language , there seems to be no potty training either. In the time we spent there.. there were several un monitored situations that resulted in my child being bit.. sometimes several times in one day. They have a strict policy and interesting staffing who 5050 some seemed happy daily or bad moods... the place was very unpredictable and difficult to use often understaffed. We have been thankful for care... conserned for littles.. nothing crazy broken bones but just consistent incidences where my child is hurt... momma listen it's not horrible .. its just not the best."
