McDonald's 2236 Grayling Rd, Grayling, MI 49738

"Stopped in here late while charging at the Rivian chargers near by. Food was about as good as you can get at a McDonald's, hot fries with somewhat plastic tasting burgers. Service was great though, very friendly and brought the food to our table which was nice. McDonald's now look like prison cells for some reason. Square shapes and hard surfaces, if they are going for the upscale vibe they missed it completely and honestly is a reason to not go more than anything. My heart goes out to the workers stuck in that drab cell for multiple hours at a time."

"We took a group of 20 Special Olympic athletes here for lunch. Their staff were SO kind, patient, positive and respectful to all of us. They took the time when we were leaving to say how much they enjoyed us being there and how great our athletes were. We really loved our experience! Thank you!"

"I usually love this McDonald’s, they make some of the best drinks and they’re fries and food are always hot.. but on my last visit, I placed an online order and couldn’t make it to pick up and no where to cancel order on app so I called store and gentleman told me I had to call 800 for the app to get a refund, well called and waited 4 days for a refund. Finally filed a complaint online with McDonald’s and got a response from April the manager. She has settled everything fairly and has been super helpful."

"I start out with “no refills”. What is this getto mac? Do you charge less for your drinks since you don’t have refills? Bacon egg and cheese biscuits were good. Service was fast. All the doors are filthy and haven’t been cleaned in a while. The only McDonald’s around so they don’t care. I used the app for a deal but probably find another one in the future. I do not recommend."

"I took a picture of my friend's sandwich that she received at the drive thru on Saturday, August 26th. Of course we were already on the highway headed home when we opened it up so we did not return to the store. How does this even get out of the kitchen?! Serious issues at this location. This review page makes me pick a food item to recommend. I would not recommend going to this location in Grayling, MI so picking fries was just to get me thru the review."
