"There hours posted on the door are 9am-10pm. Doors were locked before 9pm. A bunch of employees were just sitting in the lobby goofing off."

"Ordered something so simple. Unsweetened ice tea and Med Fry. The ice tea tasted like it had sat for the last 3 days and the fries were rubbery and gross and stale!"

"Waited at speaker for 10 minutes before our order was taken. Ordered two burgers and one fry then they had us pull ahead and wait. We waited 20 minutes before I went inside. The place was a complete mess including a massive puddle in the lobby. At the counter I asked if they forgot about us, they responded with oh your order just came up. “At least it’ll be fresh for you”. Nope both burgers and the fries were cold. Avoid this place unless you have all day and don’t mind eating cold food."

"Terrible service. Waited forever for cashier to figure how To upload and cash out mobile order. She started helping me before finishing guys order ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes or more and 3 people walked out and left. She did offer me a free frosty for the trouble, but I declined it."
