"The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a wonderful refrigerator with a small freezer. There was also microwave and coffeemaker. We apreciate those and the desk area in a room. The breakfast was delicious offering a full range of foods and coffee varieties. The person at the sevice desk was also very friendly. I hope we have the opportunity to come back here."

"I paid about $300 for one night at this hotel. It's located in a great area for tourists, and that's why they overcharge so much for the hotel rooms. This hotel should have been about $50-75 per room based on its condition. There was a dirty tissue on the floor when I walked into the room! There was dust all over the lamps and everything else. It's the dirtiest hotel room I've stayed in since I stayed at a roach-infested motel in Tucson in 2018. The hotel needs to be cheaper and much, much cleaner. It needs serious updates too. I would not recommend it. It's better to stay somewhere less touristy but nicer and drive in to see all the tourist attractions."

"I called on the evening of 9/15 for availability, that night. The customer service person I spoke with said the room was $99 for the night and they had multiple rooms available, so I decided to book the room. After driving only 40 minutes to check in the person at the guest counter wanted to collect $299 for the night. I told here that I was told when booking the rate was $99. She looked up the rates in the computer and said the rate was 299 including taxes and fees. I'm looking at rates online as I'm typing this and they range from $100-120 I told here that we won't be staying there and left. The next day, to my surprise, I had a charge on my credit card for the 299... When I called and spoke to the manager he said that he had to listen to the call recording, before he could issue me a refund and that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy... He is to call me in a few days with what they can do. Hopefully I am able to remove this review in a couple days and don't have to seek any further actions with the BBB."

"The absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced at a hotel. The employees and even the manager were extremely rude and unaccommodating. The pillows remind me of rock hard couch pillows that your grandma had on her 1970s love seat. I would rather sleep in my truck than ever come back to this hotel. If you like to have fun and enjoy your time away I would go somewhere else. If you like feeling like you’re in a prison this is the place for you!"

"Friendly staff! Rooms were very clean! I forgot to take a picture before we slept but trust me they were spotless! Loved the breakfast area and food! They have a pancake maker and the other food options were good! They checked food levels as we ate to make sure we had what we needed. And I loved they ask you to wear gloves as you prepare your food felt very clean! Pool was nice, didn’t use the hot tub. Added a picture of pools and breakfast times."
