"Welcome to Walmart. I'm sorry you're here. But while you're here, enjoy our selection of things to consume. There's so many things here for you to consume, there's something everyone will love to consume. So please, grab the things you want to consume, and go ring yourself out because we don't want to pay cashiers. Oh! We forgot the most important part: after you check yourself out, our geriatric retiree door greeters are going to insist on looking at your receipt and cross checking it against what's in your cart, because we don't trust you as a cashier."

"Prices came up wrong on multiple items at the self check out. The worker we had come over and fix it was very helpful. She admitted that it's a been a problem. If you don't check each item that rings up, you might be getting over charged. We had 4 -5 items that came out to the wrong price. How many people are they ripping off??? Why should we be checking that we're not getting ripped off?? Do better Walmart! Went back 3 months later. The amount of garbage in the parking lot is discussing. Clearly the shoppers and Walmart don't care about anymore. Again, do better."

"Bill in the auto department was extremely rude and frustrating this morning. I had an appointment at 10am this morning for the rear two tires on my vehicle. After waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to help me the manager who was sitting in his office visible to customers came out and said that bill would be assisting us. Bill took the keys to my vehicle stating that he was going to perform some tests. After no more then 2 minutes bill came back to inform us that the tires on the vehicle where so damaged that he wouldn’t be able to replace them. Without hesitation bill decided it was appropriate to sigh loudly when I asked him if that was company policy or what he was referring to. Bill simply stated that it was "unsafe" and that he would be issuing me a refund with no further explanation. I immediately called my local mechanic who was more than happy to have our business this afternoon. The only reason we had to go with Walmart was because of the tires that were offered on sale. Unfortunately our Walmart trip today was a total disappointment and ended up costing us $50 more today. I would love to speak with a manager from the store about our experience today and maybe work on steps to make sure that other customers aren’t treated with this lack of communication and customer service. Thank you."

"As usual I found everything I needed I had to ask for help 3 times and all 3 times the employees were very helpful and found or directed me to the correct place to find the items that I needed. I am still not happy that there are mostly self check out not too many places where you can have somebody check you out and bag your items only because it's a little harder for somebody that has some medical problems but it is what it is and I also got the bag at my way. The store was clean as usually is and there were plenty of carts. 11 of my clearance items did not ring up properly at the check out the clerk there quickly to care of it with no questions asked I did show Her the tag on the piece of clothing and no problems thank you very much for having a great store"
